Steps

    Chop the tomatoes into small cubes and place them in a glass bowl.

    Chop the onion and add it to the bowl.

    Slice the green pepper and add it to the mixture.

    Finely chop the mint, and optionally some parsley, and add them in.

    Add lemon juice and salt to the bowl.

    Mix the ingredients well using a spoon.

    Pour in a generous amount of olive oil and mix again.

    Transfer the salad to a serving plate.
