Mix 2 tablespoons of yogurt with 1 tablespoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and ½ teaspoon of coriander in a bowl.

Add 1 small cup of white vinegar (equivalent to 6 tablespoons), 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, and 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste to the mixture, then combine well.

Place the chicken in the marinade and coat it thoroughly to absorb the flavors.

Arrange the half-fried potatoes in a baking tray, then place the marinated chicken on top.

Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1.5 to 2 hours

After 1.5 hours, remove the foil and turn on the top heat to brown the surface for 10 minutes

To Prepare Garlic Cream: Mix 1 egg with a pinch of salt, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of white pepper in a bowl.

Gradually add ¾ cup of vegetable oil while whisking continuously until you achieve a creamy consistency.
