Steps

    Prepare the Broth: In a pot over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion in a little oil until soft.

    Add the lamb pieces and stir until browned.

    Add the whole spices (cinnamon, bay leaf, loomi) and ground spices (turmeric, black pepper, ground loomi, curry powder), then mix well.

    Stir in the tomato paste and blended tomatoes, cooking until well combined with the meat.

    Pour in the hot water and let the meat cook until it becomes tender.

    Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour with white flour, then add salt, black pepper, turmeric, and oil.

    Gradually add water and knead until a soft and firm dough is formed

    Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix chopped onion with salt, black pepper, turmeric, dried black lime, and raisins until well combined

    Take a small piece of dough and flatten it into a small disk.

    Put some of the filling in the center, then close the dough and shape it as shown in the video

    Repeat until all the dough and filling are used.

    Once the meat is partially cooked, add the gabout dumplings, vegetables (potatoes, carrots, eggplant), and hot pepper.
