- 2.5Kilograms (kg)Sheep yogurt
- 0.5CupGreen Beans
- 1Psc.Kibbeh
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch

- 3Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
- 4ClovesMinced garlic
- 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Coriander
- 1Psc.Bay Leaf
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
- 1CupBoiling Water
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander
- 1CupRoasted pine nuts

Sauté the meat in ghee until it turns brown

Add boiling water along with bay leaves and cardamom. Remove any foam until the broth becomes clear, then cover and let the meat cook until tender.

Sauté the fresh fava beans in ghee, then add the cooked meat.

Add the garlic and dried coriander to the mixture and stir until the flavors blend well.

In a separate pot, mix the yogurt with cornstarch and salt, then whisk well and dilute with water.

Place the pot on the stove and gradually add the meat broth while stirring continuously until it reaches a creamy consistency.

Fry the kibbeh, then add it along with the meat and fava beans to the yogurt mixture, letting them simmer together.

Prepare a topping of fried coriander and garlic, then add it to the dish and garnish with roasted pine nuts.
