  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried mint
  • 2Cupwater
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 1CupVermicelli
  • 3CupRice

    Place the ghee and olive oil in a pan over heat

    Add the pine nuts and stir until golden brown, then drain from the oil.

    Slice the zucchini into thin round pieces, then sauté them on both sides until they turn slightly brown

    Finely chop the onion, put it in the skillet with the oil, add salt, stir and leave it until it wilts.

    Add the minced meat to the onions and stir well until its color changes

    Season the meat with mixed spices, cinnamon, and black pepper, then add the fried zucchini slices and mix everything together.

    In another pot, add the liquid jameed, yogurt, and water, stirring until the mixture starts boiling. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add the dried mint to the yogurt mixture, then pour it over the meat and zucchini.

    Let everything cook on low heat for 7 minutes until fully combined.

    In a separate pot, heat the vegetable oil, then add the vermicelli and stir until golden brown.

    Add the soaked rice to the vermicelli, season with salt, then pour in the boiling water. Cover the pot and let it cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
