In a bowl, we put half a cup of warm water with a tablespoon of yeast, mix well, and let it sit for 15 minutes.

After 10 minutes of the yeast mixture, we add a quarter cup of vegetable oil and a quarter cup of olive oil.

We add 4 cups of flour and a tablespoon of salt, then knead well. If the dough is sticky, we can add another half cup of flour.

We apply a little oil on the surface, divide the dough into two equal parts, and let it rest for an hour.

We grease a baking tray with oil, then place the dough as shown in the video and let it rest for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, we oil our hands and shape the dough as shown in the video, then let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

In another bowl, we mix an egg yolk with some milk and a tablespoon of vinegar, then brush the dough with this mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds and black cumin seeds.

We place the dough in the oven at 200 degrees and let it bake for 15 minutes until it browns from the bottom, then we turn on the top heat to achieve a golden color. Enjoy!
