    Wash the mallow thoroughly with water and vinegar to remove any dirt or impurities.

    Dry it completely, then finely chop it.

    Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

    Add the chopped onions and sauté until they soften.

    Add the minced garlic and stir for a minute until fragrant.

    Add the mallow to the onion and garlic mixture, stirring over high heat until it wilts

    Add salt to taste and continue stirring until the excess water evaporates and the mallow dries.
