Let's start preparing the filling: In a pan over the heat, we put some ghee, then we add the minced meat, and then we add the spices.

We bring a nylon sheet to spread the ready-made kibbeh dough on and cut it into squares. We remove the ground meat from the heat, then add the portion of raw ground meat that we set aside and mix well.
