Ingredients

  • 2CupHummus
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1CupRoasted pine nuts
  • 1BunchParsley
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac
  • 8ClovesGarlic
  • 2Psc.Green chili pepper
  • 1CupCold water
  • 250Grams (g) Beef Tenderloin
  • 1CupOlive oil

Steps

    Boil the chickpeas soaked the day before until they are fully cooked.

    After the chickpeas have cooled, place them in a food processor and add ice

    Add the tahini, lemon juice and salt and mix until you reach the creamy consistency shown in the video

    In a skillet, brown pieces of fattila meat in olive oil, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper and sauté until cooked.

    In a serving dish, place the creamy chickpeas, then top with the meat and garnish with fried pine nuts, parsley, a pinch of sumac and olive oil.

    Prepare the green pepper marinade in a mortar by mixing garlic, green pepper and lemon juice with a little cold water and salt, then garnish with chickpeas.
