We mix the minced garlic with the juice of one lemon in a small bowl and set it aside.

We cut the bread into cubes or small pieces.

We chop the tomatoes into medium-sized cubes.

We slice or dice the cucumber as desired.

We shred the lettuce into thin strips.

We slice the green pepper into strips or small pieces.

We finely chop the fresh mint
