    We place the lasagna in water.

    To prepare the sauce: In a pan, melt the butter, then add the onion and garlic. Next, add the diced chicken, and once the chicken is cooked, add the sliced mushrooms and stir until they soften. Then, add the flour and toast it briefly. Next, add the spices (black pepper, oregano, salt, and nutmeg). Finally, pour in the milk and cream, and let them heat until the milk is warm.

    We cut the lasagna into squares with scissors.

    After heating the milk, we add the chopped spinach, minced broccoli, and Parmesan cheese, and we let them cook until the sauce thickens.
