Ingredients

  • 200Grams (g) Butter
  • 200CupSugar
  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 350CupFlour
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 0.5Grams (g) White chocolate
  • 0.5Grams (g) Dark chocolate
  • 80Grams (g) Dark brown sugar

Steps

    Mix the softened butter with the white sugar and brown sugar until creamy.

    Add the eggs and mix well until fully incorporated.

    Add the flour (sifted), baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.

    Stir in the white and dark chocolate chips and mix to evenly distribute them.

    Shape the dough into equal-sized balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Optionally, add more chocolate chips on top.

    Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) with fan on, top and bottom heat, for 12–14 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are still soft.

    Let the cookies cool slightly on the tray before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
