We place the water and cornstarch in a saucepan and mix well while cold until the starch is fully dissolved.

We place the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.

We pour the mixture into a wide dish and leave it to cool completely until it sets.

Once cooled, we transfer it to a blender or use a hand blender.
