Ingredients

- 1CupCold Milk
- 0.5CupWarm water

Steps

We place one cup of whipping cream powder in a deep bowl.

We add a teaspoon of instant coffee or Nescafé.

We pour in one cup of cold milk.

We whisk the ingredients well using an electric or hand whisk until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency.

In another bowl, we dissolve one tablespoon of Nescafé in half a cup of warm water.

We let the coffee mixture cool slightly so the biscuits don’t fall apart when dipped.

We prepare the tea biscuits and dip each piece into the cooled coffee mixture.

We arrange a layer of dipped biscuits in a suitable glass dish.

We spread a layer of cream over the biscuits.

We repeat the layers of biscuits and cream until all quantities are used.

We use a fork to draw vertical and horizontal lines on the surface for decoration.
