Fluffy bread rolls
Ingredients
- 3Grams (g) Dough flour
- 2PinchSalt
- 1CupSugar
- 2Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 1CupMilk
- 0.5CupWarm water
- 0.25Milliliters (mL)Melted butter
- 1CupOlive oil
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Italian herbs
- 0.3CupParmesan
- 30Grams (g) Unsalted butter

We add the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large mixing bowl and mix them.

We add the soft butter and then the warm milk. We start kneading the mixture and gradually add more water until we get a soft dough.

We continue kneading for 10-12 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

We transfer the dough into an oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for an hour or until it doubles in size.

For making the bread balls: We mix the melted butter with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese (if using), and set it aside.

We divide the dough into small balls (each ball weighs about 40 grams), stuff each ball with mozzarella cheese, and close it tightly.

We arrange the stuffed balls randomly in a circular shape on the prepared baking tray.

We brush the balls with the butter mixture.

We cover them with a clean towel for 30 minutes or until they puff up, and in the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C.

We bake them for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

For the love of garlic ❤️ the slow roast garlic confit ❤️😍 this took 2 hours on 130 degrees.. filled my kitchen with sweet garlic smell but it is totally worth it !!!! I will put those sweet tiny melting garlic cloves on everything now !!!!! And that infused oil !!!!!!! Wowwwwwww !!!!! 🤩🤤😍❤️💣 .
