  • 0.5Liters (L)Tomato juice

Steps

    We place the oil and meat in the pot and sauté well until the color changes.

    We add water and leave it until the meat is partially cooked.

    Once most of the water has evaporated, we add the onion and sauté it with the meat until it softens.

    We add the potatoes, salt, black pepper, spices, tomato paste, and tomato juice, then add 2 cups of water.

    We leave the mixture on high heat until it boils.

    After boiling, we reduce the heat to medium and leave it until the meat and potatoes are fully cooked and the consistency becomes thicker.

    We serve the stew hot with vermicelli rice.
