We prepare the dough by placing the flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, yeast, and baking powder in a large bowl.

We add the oil and the cup of liquid milk (or water) gradually, then knead well until we obtain a cohesive and smooth dough.

We cover the dough with a clean cloth and leave it in a warm place to ferment for approximately one hour

After the fermentation period is over, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small circles as shown in the video

We spread the chosen filling over the dough. If opting for the thyme option, mix it with olive oil; if using pizza sauce, distribute it evenly and then add olives, green bell pepper, and mozzarella cheese

You can fill the dough with cheese, brush the top with milk and sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds.

We place the filled dough in a baking tray that has been lightly greased or lined with parchment paper.

We put the pies in the oven for 10 minutes
