Steps

    Marinate the meat by adding tomato paste, crushed garlic, red pepper paste, and spices. Then, add the meat and mix well.

    Place the potatoes, mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers in a baking dish with the meat, as shown in the video. Then, sprinkle with salt, seven spices, and olive oil. Cover the dish with parchment paper and aluminum foil.

    Place the dish in a preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the meat and vegetables are cooked through. Then, remove the parchment and aluminum foil and return the dish to the oven to brown the meat and vegetables.
