Ultimate Lasagna

We will sauté one finely chopped onion in a pan, then add the minced meat and mix it well until it becomes fine. We will add salt and spices to taste.

We will sauté one finely chopped onion in another pan, then add crushed garlic and diced tomatoes. We will cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat. We will add salt and spices, then add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water, followed by oregano.

To prepare the béchamel sauce, we will melt butter in a pan over low heat. We will add flour and whisk it quickly. Then, we will gradually add the milk while whisking. If the mixture is too thick, we will add more milk, and if it is too runny, we will add flour. We will add salt and nutmeg.

We will assemble the lasagna by layering lasagna sheets in a baking dish. Then, we will add a layer of meat, followed by a layer of tomato sauce, and then a layer of béchamel. We will sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the layers.

We will sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Then, we will bake the lasagna in the oven for 30-40 minutes, and leave it for 5-7 minutes to brown the top.
