Ground Beef and Rice
Ingredients
- 0.5Grams (g) Ground meat
- 1Psc.Onion
- 1Psc.Green pepper
- 0.5PinchSalt
- 0.5To TasteBlack pepper
- 1PinchSeven spices
- 1CupEgyptian rice
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee

Heat a large pot and add the ghee

Add the ground beef to the ghee and stir well to break it apart, ensuring it doesn't form clumps.

Add the grated onion and green pepper, and continue stirring the mixture

When the original color of the meat disappears, add the salt, black pepper, and seven spices, and continue stirring until the meat is fully cooked

In another pot, on low heat, add ghee and then the washed and drained rice

Stir the rice in the ghee until the water on the rice evaporates and the rice is coated with ghee.

Add an equal amount of boiling water to the rice, then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Cover the pot and let the rice cook on low heat until done

Once the rice is cooked, layer it in a bowl with the meat and put them together in another plate
