Ingredients

  • 1Kilograms (kg)Minced meat
  • 1CupWalnut
  • 1Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried mint
  • 0.5To TasteBlack pepper
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 3Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
  • 1Psc.Tomato
  • 1Psc.Bell Peppers

    Soak the fine bulgur in water for 30 minutes.

    Mix the soaked bulgur with the meat, onion, remaining spices, and garlic until the ingredients are well combined.

    Spread a layer of ghee on the bottom of the baking dish, then evenly spread the kebab mixture over it.

    Shape it with your fingers as shown in the video.

    Brush the top with ghee.

    Garnish with tomatoes and colored peppers as desired.

    Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C, top and bottom heat, for 45 minutes.

    You can let it cook from the bottom for 30 minutes, and in the last 15 minutes, turn on the grill to brown the top.
