Method 1 (Without boiling): We remove the stems from the grape leaves and stack them together.

We spread out the plastic wrap on a clean surface.

Place the grape leaves lengthwise on the wrapper with the smooth side down.

We roll the leaves tightly in the wrap, folding the ends to seal securely

Method 2 (Blanched): We boil water with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of salt.

We add the grape leaves and submerge them for only one minute.

We remove them immediately and let them cool completely

We spread out the plastic wrap and arrange the leaves as before.

We roll them tightly, making sure to seal the ends well.

Method 3 (Jar Storage): We place the grape leaves in a sterilized glass jar.

We press them down firmly to eliminate air pockets and fill the jar completely
