Ingredients
- 1Psc.Cauliflower
- 0.5CupYogurt
- 1Psc.eggs
- 3Grams (g) Pure Sesame Tahini
- 1Cupwater
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 1PinchSalt
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
- 0.25PinchNutmeg
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Animal Ghee
- 5ClovesMinced garlic
- 1BunchGreen Coriander
Steps

Cut the cauliflower head into medium-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cauliflower until golden brown.

Remove the fried cauliflower and place it on a strainer to drain excess oil, then set aside.

In a mixing bowl, place the yogurt.

Add the egg and sesame tahini.

Add the cornstarch, water, salt, white pepper, and nutmeg.

Blend the ingredients well using a hand blender until smooth.

Pour the yogurt mixture into a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to boil and slightly thickens.

Once it boils, pour the yogurt mixture over the fried cauliflower in the serving dish.

To prepare the garnish (tasha), melt the ghee in a small pan. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden.

Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden.

Add the chopped cilantro and stir until fragrant.

Pour the garlic and cilantro mixture over the cauliflower and yogurt.

Serve hot with vermicelli rice on the side.
