    Place 2 cups of flour in a bowl, then add the yeast, sugar, salt, powdered milk, and warm water

    Knead the ingredients until you get a soft and smooth dough.

    Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes to rise.

    Add the remaining flour and oil to the dough, then knead again until it becomes firm and elastic.

    Shape the dough into small balls, then dip each ball in milk followed by the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

    Arrange the coated dough balls in a greased baking pan, then let them rest for 15 minutes.
