Ingredients

  • 400BunchSpinach
  • 300Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 2Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 0.25CupMilk
  • 3ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1CupFlour
  • 1Psc.Vegetable stock
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 1To TasteMozzarella

Steps

    Cut the mushrooms into slices

    Put a piece of butter in a skillet, add the mushrooms and sauté until they are wilted

    Add the garlic and stir in the mushrooms

    Add the spinach and sauté until wilted, then place the mixture in the side of the skillet

    Add another piece of butter with the spoonful of flour and stir until combined.

    Add the cooking cream and stir well until you have a smooth, creamy sauce.

    Mix all the ingredients as shown in the video until combined

    Season the mixture with black pepper and vegetable cube, stirring continuously.

    Add 1/4 cup of milk to thin the consistency and stir to combine.

    Place the mixture in a heatproof bowl and add the mozzarella
