Spiced French Fries
Ingredients

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Curry powder
- 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano

Peel the potatoes carefully.

Cut the potatoes into very thin slices using a sharp knife.

Wash the potato slices in cold water several times to remove excess starch.

Soak the slices in cold water for 10 minutes, then drain them well.

Prepare a pot on the stove and pour in a generous amount of vegetable oil to heat.

When the oil reaches a suitable high temperature for frying, fry the potato slices in batches to avoid overcrowding, turning them until golden brown and crispy.

In a small bowl, mix the salt, white or black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, curry powder, and oregano.
