Ingredients

Steps

    Boil quinoa in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes

    To prepare the dressing: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, sumac, and balsamic vinegar

    Put all the salad ingredients (green leafy greens, arugula, quinoa, onions, carrots and sunflower seeds) and stir them well

    Add the dressing to the salad and mix well until the ingredients are homogenized
