- 4Psc.Chicken stock
- 1CupRed beans
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 0.5Kilograms (kg)Green bean
- 1Cupwater
- 0.75CupSmall pasta
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Italian herbs
- 2CupMinced parsley
- 1CupGrated Parmesan cheese
- 2CupBaby Spinach

Cut the carrots and zucchini into small cubes

We put olive oil in a saucepan on the fire

Add the chopped onions and chopped carrots and stir well

Add the minced garlic to the onions and carrots

Add tomato paste and stir well.

Add the canned tomatoes and mix thoroughly

Pour in the chicken or vegetable stock and stir.
