“We sprinkle salt and vinegar on the liver using a strainer, then rinse it with cold water We leave it in the strainer until it drains completely

In a non-stick pan or griddle, we heat the oil and add the sliced onions (you can use one large onion or two medium onions) and sauté them over medium to high heat. Then, we add the garlic and stir. We move the ingredients to the sides of the pan, add the liver, and stir it until it is cooked (it takes about less than 10 minutes on high heat)

We add black pepper, salt, and fresh coriander, and finally, pomegranate molasses. It is served immediately while hot with Arabic bread
