    In a pan over heat, add a tablespoon of butter. Once it melts, add the onion and two cloves of garlic, and sauté them until they soften.

    Add three grated tomatoes along with two tablespoons of tomato paste, and stir well.

    Then add a cup of chicken broth, along with salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, chili, and a tablespoon of sugar.

    Let the sauce simmer, and in the meantime, boil the pasta in a pot of salted water. Cook the pasta until it is about 75% done.

    Return to the sauce and add four tablespoons of cream cheese, stirring well. Then add the cooked pasta along with some pasta cooking water, a sprinkle of black pepper, and mozzarella cheese.

    Transfer the pasta to a serving dish and garnish with parsley, mozzarella, and thyme.
