Ingredients

  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 3CupSugar
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 1.5CupApricot juice
  • 1PacketDried apricot paste

    We open the package and cut it randomly.

    Each package requires 3 to 4 cups of water.

    We prepare the pudding with the same ingredients as the Qamar al-Din mixture

    We cook the pudding and then pour it over the Qamar al-Din layer once it has set.

    We cook each layer separately, and once it sets, we pour the next layer over it.
