  • 1CupMedium Semolina
  • 1CupMilk
  • 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Rose water

    To prepare the syrup: Add sugar and water to a pot, bring to a boil.

    In a pan, melt butter and ghee, then add semolina.

    Toast the semolina for about 7 minutes until golden.

    Pour the syrup and 1 cup of milk over the semolina and stir.

    Stir until the mixture thickens like dough.

    Spread the semolina in a serving dish and smooth the top with a wet spoon.

    In a pot, combine milk, cornstarch, and sugar, and whisk off heat.

    Bring to a boil while stirring constantly until thickened.

    Add rose water, vanilla, and cream. Mix well.
