Ingredients

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Coffee
  • 1CupFlour
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
  • 0.25PinchSalt
  • 0.5CupWhipping cream
  • 0.6CupChocolate Chips
  • 1CupStrawberry

Steps

    Mix sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.

    Add the oil and continue mixing.

    Add the milk and vinegar to make buttermilk, then add the coffee and mix well.

    Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt over the wet mixture

    Mix until the batter is completely smooth.

    Prepare the small cake molds by greasing or spraying them with oil.

    Pour the batter into the molds and place them on a baking tray.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through.

    To prepare the chocolate sauce, gently heat the heavy cream, then add the chocolate pieces and stir until smooth.

    Remove the cakes from the molds and pour the chocolate sauce on top.

    Garnish with fresh strawberries.
