Ingredients

  • 0.3CupQuinoa
  • 1Liters (L)Hot water
  • 0.5Psc.Chicken stock
  • 0.5Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Chicken spices
  • 1Psc.Carrot
  • 1To TasteZucchini

    If the quinoa is not already soaked, soak it in hot water for a few minutes to speed up cooking.

    Dissolve half the chicken cube in the hot water.

    Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened and lightly colored.

    Then add the vegetables to the pan and stir well.

    Add the soaked quinoa to the pan and mix it with the other ingredients.

    Gradually add the hot water (with dissolved chicken cube) to the pan, stirring continuously until the quinoa is fully cooked and has absorbed the liquid.

    Season the chicken breast well with spices, then fry the chicken in a pan with a little oil until cooked.
