In the mixer, mix the flour with the salt and sugar.

We gradually add water until we obtain a cohesive dough, then cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Wash the lentils well and soak them for a quarter of an hour

In a saucepan, place the lentils with enough water and boil for 30 minutes until tender.

Flour a flat surface and then roll out the dough

Roll the dough into a roll, dusting it with flour when rolling, and then cut it into small balls as shown in the video

In a floured tray, roll out the dough balls as shown in the video

Add the salt, cumin, coriander, chicken stock, cardamom, cinnamon, and black pepper to the lentils and stir well.

Put the dough in the lentils and stir for 3 minutes and if it needs water, add boiling water.

Mug (garnish): In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden in color, then add the fried onion to the sprinkle and stir well.
