- 10Grams (g) Instant yeast

- 30Grams (g) Butter
- 330CupIced water
- 1CupGrated cheddar
- 0.5To TasteMozzarella
- 0.5Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
- 3CupOlive oil
- 1CupJalapeño

We place the flour in the bowl of a stand mixer.

We add the yeast and salt to the flour

We attach the dough hook and start mixing the dry ingredients.

We gradually add the iced water while mixing until the dough begins to come together

We add the butter and continue kneading until we get a smooth and cohesive dough

We add the cheese mix and the jalapeños, and knead lightly to combine

We remove the dough from the mixer bowl and let it rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

We divide the dough into two equal parts.

We roll each half into a rectangle on a floured surface.

We roll each rectangle into a log and seal the edges well.

We place the shaped dough onto a baking sheet.

Sprinkle flour on the surface of the dough and then make a longitudinal hole using a knife as shown in the video

We brush the top of the dough with olive oil.

Place the bread in a preheated oven until it is cooked and golden in color
