We place 3 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water in a pot over heat and let the mixture boil until the sugar completely dissolves Then, we add a squeeze of lemon and let it boil for 10 minutes, then we let it cool

In a large bowl, we mix 3 cups of coarse semolina, 1 cup of flour, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, we mix 400 ml of warm milk with 1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of yellow food coloring. Then, we add the milk mixture to the semolina ingredients and mix well After that, we add ½ cup of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of tahini and continue mixing until we have a homogeneous mixture

In a clean bowl, we beat 4 cold egg whites until they become frothy Then, we gradually add ½ cup of sugar and continue whisking until we achieve a stable consistency. After that, we add ½ teaspoon of vanilla and whisk again until the ingredients are well combined

After the meringue has set, we gradually add the syrup while whisking We continue to whisk for 3 minutes until the ingredients are well combined. Then, we place the meringue in the refrigerator to cool

We pour the mixture into a baking dish greased with tahini and leave it for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Then, we take it out and add some syrup on top as shown in the video

After the cake has cooled, we cut it into suitable pieces We spread the meringue evenly over the cold cake. Then, we distribute the colored coconut (adding red, yellow, and green food coloring) on top of the meringue. Finally, we place the cake in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour to let the ingredients set
