- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mahleb
- 2Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 2CupSugar
- 2Psc.eggs
- 250CupMilk
- 150Grams (g) Butter
- 2.5PinchSalt
- 1CupOlive oil
- 1Psc.Roasted garlic
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
- 150To TasteMozzarella
- 2CupMinced parsley

Prepare the roasted garlic; take a whole garlic head and slightly cut off the top to expose the cloves, then drizzle a little olive oil and salt over it, cover with aluminum foil, and bake until soft and golden.

In a bowl, mix the flour, powdered milk, mahlab, yeast, and sugar well.

Add the eggs, milk, and 50 g of butter, and knead until you get a smooth and cohesive dough.

Let the dough rest until it doubles in size.

Prepare the brushing mixture by mixing 100 g of melted butter with olive oil, roasted garlic, thyme, and salt.

After the dough has rested, roll it out on a floured surface and brush it with the butter and garlic mixture.

Spread mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley evenly over the dough

Cut the dough into small, equal-sized squares Then, stack the squares on top of each other in an orderly manner to form layers.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, then transfer the stacked squares into the pan

Let the dough rise again for 15 minutes.

After it has risen, sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.

Preheat the oven to 210°C, and bake the dough in the oven for 30 minutes until golden
