Ingredients

  • 2Psc.Potato
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Gluten-Free Paprika
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Gluten-Free onion powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Gluten-Free chicken spices
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Gluten-Free salt
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 1CupCrushed gluten-free cornflakes

Steps

    Boil the chicken breast until cooked and then chop it into very small slices as shown in the video

    Boil the potatoes until fully cooked.

    Mash the potatoes until smooth

    Add the boiled and minced chicken breast to the mashed potatoes

    Add the paprika, chicken seasoning, onion powder, and salt.

    Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

    Shape the mixture into small patties (kibbeh discs).

    Dip each patty in beaten egg, then coat with crushed cornflakes

    Place the patties in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.

    Fry them in hot oil until golden and crispy
