We open the chicken breasts from the center to create thin slices

We add the garlic, yogurt, spices, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice to the chicken

We mix the chicken with the marinade well, then we place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, and it may be left overnight for stronger flavor

We heat the pan, then we place the chicken and we sear it on each side for 3–4 minutes until it cooks through and gets a beautiful reddish color

We remove the chicken from the pan and stack it on top of each other.

We slice the chicken into thin strips using a knife.

We mix 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of starch on the stove until the mixture thickens

We cover the starch mixture with plastic wrap and we let it cool completely.

Put the cooled starch mixture in a food processor, then gradually add a clove of garlic and a little vegetable oil and mix until the color becomes light and uniform. You can add a spoonful of sour cream if the garlic flavor is too strong.

We spread the tortilla bread and we add a layer of garlic sauce, then we add a layer of chicken shawarma

We add pickle slices on top of the chicken

We roll the sandwich into a tight wrap
