Ingredients

  • 0.3CupOil
  • 1CupMilk
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini

Steps

    Add the eggs, vanilla, and sugar to a bowl and whisk them well until combined.

    Gradually add the oil while continuing to whisk.

    Add the ground biscuits and mix well.

    Add the milk mixed with vinegar, then the ground pistachios, and mix until fully incorporated.

    Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix until you get a smooth batter.

    Grease a baking dish with tahini and pour the batter into it.

    Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for about 25 minutes.
