Ingredients

- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander
- 1CupYogurt
- 3ClovesMinced garlic
- 0.5CupRaw Almonds
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1CupMinced parsley
- 350Grams (g) Ground meat
- 1CupOil
Steps

Boil water with two tablespoons of salt, then boil the pasta for ten minutes until cooked.

Heat the oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet, then add the minced meat.

Add a teaspoon of salt and then add black pepper, dry coriander, cinnamon and cumin to the meat.

Stir the meat until it is cooked through and then set aside

Once the pasta is cooked, drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare the sauce by placing the yogurt, crushed garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl, then stir the ingredients well until combined.

Add the yogurt sauce to the cooled pasta, and stir the mixture well until the pasta is completely coated.

Pour the pasta and yogurt mixture into a serving tray.

Distribute the minced meat over the pasta in the tray.

Garnish with chopped parsley.

Fry the raw peeled almonds in a tablespoon of butter until browned, then add the paprika and stir

Spread the almond-butter-paprika mixture over the top of the pan.
