Steps

    To make the tomato sauce: Sauté the diced onion in olive oil, then add minced garlic and diced tomatoes. Add salt and black pepper, cover, and let cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

    After cooking, add pomegranate molasses and sugar, and stir the mixture.

    For the garlic and pepper dakka: Crush garlic with green hot pepper, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice.

    To make the yogurt mixture: Mix the yogurt with tahini, garlic and pepper dakka, and a pinch of salt.

    To assemble the dish: Place the fried pita bread in the dish, then add fried cauliflower, boiled chickpeas, and tomato sauce.
