Chocolate Lava Cake

- 120Grams (g) Unsalted butter
- 2Psc.eggs
- 2Psc.Yolk
- 50CupSugar
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)All-purpose flour
- 1PinchSalt
- 1CupPowdered sugar

Gently fold with a spatula to keep the mixture airy.

Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Carefully flip the cakes onto serving plates.

Remove from the oven and let sit for 1 minute.

Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (410°F) for 8 to 16 minutes, depending on how molten you want the center.

Place the ramekins on a baking tray.

Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins.
