  • 60Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Nescafè
  • 1Cupwater
  • 5Psc.Brioche Bread
  • 1CupPistachio Butter

    Mix the soft butter with the brown sugar in a bowl until creamy.

    Add the egg, vanilla, and the dissolved Nescafe mixture, then mix well.

    Add the flour and mix until you get a smooth, creamy batter.

    Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.

    Pipe the coffee mixture in a spiral pattern

    Spread the mixture evenly across the surface.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) using the top heat only, until the crust is golden and toasted.
