Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients

- 3ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Turmeric

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Coriander
- 1Psc.Ginger
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garam masala
- 0.25CupOlive oil
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 2Psc.Onion
- 7Psc.Tomato
- 0.5CupBrown sugar
- 1.5Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 0.5CupYogurt
- 1PinchHot chilli powder

Cut the chicken breasts and onion into cubes

Place the chicken in a bowl, then add the yogurt, garlic, and ginger.

Add the spice mix (turmeric, red pepper, black pepper, salt, cumin, coriander, ginger, garam masala) to the chicken.

Stir the ingredients well and let them marinate for an hour or more.

Heat the oil in a pot over the stove, then add the chicken pieces.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the butter to the same pot.

Add the chopped onions and stir until they become soft and translucent.

Add the same spice mix used with the chicken.

Juice the tomatoes and add them to the ingredients

Add the brown sugar.

Add the fresh cream.

Add the cooked chicken pieces and let it cook for a few more minutes to combine the flavors.

Serve the dish with white rice and garnish with fresh coriander.
