  • 3Psc.Green pepper
  • 1Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
  • 250Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream

Steps

    In a food processor, grind the chicken breast, and add the egg, cheese, and all the spices (salt, white pepper, red pepper, oregano, ginger, and turmeric).

    Add the flour, cornstarch, and breadcrumbs to the mixture, then blend well until smooth.

    In a greased oven tray with parchment paper, spread the mixture well, then grease the top with oil and put it in the oven until it is cooked and browned on all sides

    In a pan, sauté the green onions, green peppers, and mushrooms until softened

    Add salt, cream cheese, and cooking cream to the sautéed vegetables, and cook together for a few minutes

    Remove the chicken from the oven, add the vegetables and mozzarella on top, and put it back in the oven to melt the cheese and brown the top
