  • 2Grams (g) Greek yogurt

  • 1CupShredded coconut

  • 1CupAlmonds
  • 1CupHoney
  • 2Psc.Ripe banana

Steps

    Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.

    Add the chia seeds to the mashed bananas and mix well

    Add the white oats to the mixture and stir until combined.

    Pour the almond milk over the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    Add the maple syrup to the mixture and continue stirring

    Divide the mixture into small serving bowls.

    Place the small bowls in the refrigerator overnight (about 8 hours) until the pudding sets.
