- 500Kilograms (kg)Chicken

- 2CupYogurt
- 2CupRice

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot over medium heat

Add 1 chopped small onion, 4 crushed garlic cloves, and 2 cloves, and sauté until softened.

Add 1 tablespoon of organic tomato paste and stir it with the onion and garlic.

Chop 2 small tomatoes and add them to the mixture; let them cook for about 5 minutes

Add 2 teaspoons of biryani spices and 1 teaspoon of salt, then add 500 grams of chopped chicken and sauté briefly.

Pour in 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of yogurt (if desired), and let the mixture cook for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash 4 cups of rice and soak it for 2 hours, then cook for 5 minutes and drain.

Layer the chicken mixture (the gravy) and rice in the pot

Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric with 1 cup of plain water and pour it over the rice.
