    We boil the shell pasta.

    To prepare the filling: In a pan, add olive oil and then add the meat until it changes color. Next, add the spices, salt, onion, and garlic, and stir for two minutes. Then add the pine nuts and fry until the meat is fully cooked.

    To prepare the yogurt, we dissolve the cornstarch in water. In a cold bowl, we mix the yogurt, cornstarch mixture, and egg. Then, we heat the yogurt mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it boils. *Note: It's important to stir well until the yogurt boils, then we add the salt.*

    We place the boiled pasta shells in a baking dish, fill them with the meat filling, and pour the cooked yogurt over them. Then, we bake it in the oven until the yogurt is bubbling, for about 10 minutes.

    We fry the garlic and mint in olive oil, then add it to the pasta. Serve it with white rice. Enjoy your meal!
